DUO (Two Factor Authentication)

[Identified] DUO has identified the cause of the partial disruption with the SMS option of DUO service. DUO has identified a fix for the issue and is scheduled to implement by Tuesday, December 10. Preferred process is to switch to DUO app. If that doesn't work, DUO has provided this workaround: At the bottom of your white window there is a blue banner with an X on the right side. Please click the X and it will remove the blue banner, then click the green 'log in' button to refresh your window and you will now see the option to have text messages sent to your phone. We appreciate your patience as DUO works on implementing the fix to return the affected systems to a fully "Operational" status.

UCPath is planned to move to a new cloud hosting system from Oracle to Amazon. Due to the Amazon Web Service migration, the UCPath system will need to be offline for a period of time. While we don’t expect any problems, if you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Campus Support Center (CSC) using the contact information below. Below are the times UCPath will be unavailable: • Downtime: Wednesday, December 9th at 10pm – Monday, December 14th at 6am. • Data in downstream systems (such as the HR Data Warehouse) will be as of 12/10, and will not be updated again until 12/15. • The UCPath self-service portal will be unavailable during the key dates noted above. Faculty, staff, and student workers will not be able to visit UCPath online to view/download W-2s, pay statements, leave balances, etc., during this time. Paychecks: Paychecks will be delivered as scheduled, however Earnings Statements (paystubs) will only be available when the portal is available. We request that employees access their paystubs as soon as they are available to confirm their accuracy and reach out if there are any questions or concerns.
